Delivery Policy
Dank House doesn't ship. We deliver, and you can pick up in store. Orders are fulfilled from whichever shop is closest to you — SW Military, Converse, or Austin Highway — and everything comes to the door in plain, unmarked packaging. Call (726) 242-3308 to place an order or to ask which shop covers your address.
Delivery is 21+ only. A valid government-issued photo ID is checked at the door every time, no exceptions, and the name on the ID has to match the person receiving the order. If nobody 21 or older is there to show ID, the driver leaves with the order. Delivery areas, hours, minimum order and fees are on the Delivery page. Not sure if you're covered? Call and ask — we'll tell you straight, or point you to the closest shop.
Return & Exchange Policy
Glass and accessories cannot be returned. If a piece arrived cracked or a device was defective out of the box, call (726) 242-3308 the same day and we'll take care of it — that's on us, not you.
Consumables can't be returned once they leave the shop. That covers edibles, drinks, CBD, vapes, pods, papers and anything sealed that's been opened. It's a health and safety rule, not a preference. Delivery orders follow the same terms as in-store. Something not right? Call (726) 242-3308 before you do anything else — most of it gets sorted in one phone call.
