Calling (726) 242-3308 is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches all three shops — SW Military, Converse, and Austin Highway. If something's out of stock on the site, call anyway; the counter usually has more than the site shows. If a piece arrived cracked or a device didn't work out of the box, call the same day and we'll take care of it.
We won't tell you what a product will do for you. We're a smoke shop and hemp retailer, not a pharmacy, and nobody here is going to make a health claim to close a sale. What we will do is tell you straight what's on the shelf, what it's made of, and what the difference is between two things that look the same. Ask at the counter. Somebody will tell you.
Privacy & Safety
Everyone entering the site or a shop must be 21 or older. In store and at the door on delivery, we check a valid government-issued photo ID, every time, no exceptions. That's Texas state law. We look at your ID to verify age and hand it back — we don't scan it, copy it, or keep it.
Online, we collect only what's needed to fill your order: name, phone, address, and order details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and card numbers are never stored by Dank House. We don't sell or rent customer information to anyone. We'll contact you about your order, and about promotions only if you opt in — reply STOP to any text and it ends. Delivery arrives in plain, unmarked packaging.
